Payton believes hospitality is about more than a beautiful space. It's about how people are welcomed into it.
His career began in valet and bell services, where he was often the very first person to greet arriving guests. He learned that a warm welcome and making people feel invited in can shape an entire experience from the very first hello.
He later managed one of the largest hotel operations teams on the Las Vegas Strip before transitioning into catering and convention sales. Along the way, he discovered that great hospitality isn't just about opening the door. It's about creating an experience that makes people want to stay awhile.
When it came time to build Haus of Revel, Payton stepped away from the corporate world to pursue a more personal vision of hospitality. He trained as a bartender, deepening his understanding of the craft, logistics, and thoughtful service behind every exceptional beverage experience.

Cindy believes the smallest details create the most memorable gatherings.
Before stepping into the world of events, she built her foundation in hospitality through concierge and butler services, where she discovered how thoughtful details quietly shape the way people experience a place. She later built her career in weddings, casino special events, brand activations, and large-scale corporate events for Fortune 500 companies.
Today, she combines creative vision with an insider's understanding of Las Vegas venues and event logistics. From venue contacts and back-of-house operations to loading docks and event flow, she understands what it takes to work seamlessly alongside planners and venues.

At the heart of Haus of Revel is an authentic vintage Ape Piaggio, imported from Sicily and thoughtfully transformed into a one-of-a-kind tap bar, alongside a charming Vespa bar and matching satellite station. These aren't replicas. They're genuine pieces of Italian history, each carrying a character that simply can't be manufactured. Together, they create a timeless blend of vintage charm and modern hospitality, bringing style, personality, and a sense of occasion to every gathering. The experience is the point. We're drawn to what's authentic, thoughtfully crafted, and made to last.
